Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of natoorales.com and any Natoorales services provided by an individual practitioner (Ian Kain), in person in Mexico or online worldwide.
Effective date: January 25, 2026
By using natoorales.com or booking services, you agree that Natoorales provides coaching and education (not medical or mental health care), that outcomes vary, and that sessions are subject to scheduling, payment, and cancellation rules. If you do not accept these Terms of Service, do not use the site or services.
1) Who we are
Natoorales (“Natoorales,” “we,” “us,” “our”) refers to services and content offered under the trade name Natoorales, operated by Ian Kain (individual practitioner) based in Oaxaca, Mexico.

2) Website use
2.1 Permitted use
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as reading educational content and contacting us for services.
2.2 Prohibited use
- Use the site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, probe, or overload the website or servers.
- Copy, scrape, or reproduce site content beyond normal browsing, without written permission.
- Misrepresent identity or submit false information through forms.
3) Nature of services (non-medical)
Natoorales provides wellness coaching and education, including (as applicable) NeuroSoul™, systemic constellation work, therapeutic movement coaching, and optional non-medical supportive practices.
Non-medical scope: We do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or prescribe for medical or mental health conditions, and our services do not replace licensed care. If you have severe, sudden, or worsening symptoms, seek licensed care immediately.

4) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use services. By engaging with Natoorales, you confirm you are 18+ and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
5) Booking, payment, and delivery
5.1 Booking
Sessions and programs are booked by direct scheduling, email, WhatsApp, or a booking link (if provided). Availability is limited and scheduled by mutual agreement.
5.2 Payment
Payment terms (price, currency, and timing) are communicated before service delivery. You agree to pay all agreed fees. If a payment plan is offered, you agree to the plan schedule and any stated conditions.
5.3 Delivery of digital deliverables
If a service includes a written report or digital deliverable, delivery timelines are estimates unless stated as fixed in writing. Delays caused by missing client information, rescheduling, or technical issues may affect delivery time.
6) Rescheduling, cancellations, and no-shows
6.1 Rescheduling
You may request rescheduling subject to availability. To protect the container, requests should be made as early as possible.
6.2 Late cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are treated as late cancellations and the session may be forfeited. (If you want a different window—48/72 hours—change it here.)
6.3 No-shows
If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session is treated as a no-show and is forfeited.
6.4 If Natoorales cancels
If we must cancel, you may reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided unless required by applicable law or unless we cannot deliver the purchased service within a reasonable time.
7) Refunds and billing errors
7.1 Services only
Natoorales provides services (sessions, coaching, evaluations, and digital deliverables). We do not sell physical goods.
7.2 Refund policy
Unless required by applicable law, fees are generally non-refundable once services have been delivered or time has been reserved. If a service has not been delivered, we may offer rescheduling, credit, or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
7.3 Billing errors / duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error (including a duplicate charge), contact us promptly at wellness@natoorales.com. If verified, we will correct the error, which may include reversing an incorrect or duplicate charge.
7.4 Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve a billing issue in good faith, we reserve the right to suspend services until the matter is resolved.
8) Affiliate links and third parties
The website may include affiliate links to third-party products or services. We may earn a commission for purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. We do not control third-party products and are not responsible for their quality, safety, reliability, or policies.
Review third-party terms, warranties, and privacy policies before purchasing.
9) Intellectual property
All content on natoorales.com (text, images, design, logos, and materials) is owned by or licensed to Natoorales and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
10) Confidentiality, privacy, and data
10.1 Confidentiality (coaching context)
We treat client communications as confidential within the limits of law and safety. You agree not to share private session material or proprietary methods publicly without written permission.
10.2 Data protection
We handle personal data in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and as described in our Privacy Policy. Data may be stored or processed using service providers whose servers may be located outside Mexico.

11) Testimonials and media
Consent standard: We will not publish identifying testimonials, images, audio, or video of you for promotional purposes without your explicit written consent. If you choose to provide a testimonial, you may request anonymity.
If sessions are recorded (only when agreed), the purpose and storage method will be clarified in advance.
12) Technology and AI tools
We may use standard digital tools (including scheduling, messaging, and document tools) to deliver services efficiently. If AI-assisted tools are used for internal drafting or organization, they are used to improve clarity and workflow—not to provide medical diagnosis.
You agree not to submit sensitive medical documents unless requested and unless you are comfortable with digital processing risks. If you want strict data minimization, tell us and we will adapt the workflow.
13) Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services and content are provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natoorales is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services, or decisions you make based on them.
You remain responsible for consulting licensed professionals for medical or mental health concerns and for your own decisions and outcomes.
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natoorales from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website or services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
15) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive conduct, or misuse content. You may discontinue services at any time; however, fees already paid may remain non-refundable subject to Section 7.
16) Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Oaxaca, Mexico, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
17) Updates and contact
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
