“Natoorales” refers to the wellness coaching, education, product access, and website services provided under the trade name Natoorales. This Privacy Policy applies to natoorales.com, natoorales.com/shop/, related forms, Shopify product access, WhatsApp communication, booking flows, client inquiries, customer records, and purchases.

2) What personal information we collect

- Inquiry details: questions, requested services, preferred communication method, and appointment or booking preferences.
- Customer details: order history, product access, billing and shipping details, customer tags, consent status, and basic business relationship notes.
- Service details: information needed to schedule and deliver coaching, wellness education, Bio-Audit™, remote support, digital products, or local sessions.
- Voluntary context: any additional information you choose to share so we can respond appropriately.
2.2 Sensitive or wellness-related information
If you voluntarily share wellness-related information through forms, WhatsApp, email, sessions, or preparation documents, we treat it as sensitive and limit its use to the purpose for which you provided it. This may include general stress patterns, lifestyle context, wellness goals, session preparation, or information you choose to share in a coaching context.
We aim to avoid storing sensitive wellness details inside Shopify customer profiles, email marketing lists, or general customer databases. Shopify and customer-management records should normally contain only basic customer information, product access, order history, consent status, and non-sensitive tags.
2.3 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, approximate location, and timestamps.
- Log data: server logs for security, debugging, and preventing abuse.
- Cookies: small files used for site performance, preferences, checkout functionality, and analytics where enabled.

We use your information for practical business and client-support purposes, including:

4) WhatsApp communication
Many Natoorales clients and inquiries communicate primarily through WhatsApp. If you message Natoorales by WhatsApp, we may save your name, phone number, message history, consent status, and basic relationship context so we can respond, follow up on your request, provide service-related communication, and manage the client relationship.
4.1 Service communication vs. marketing communication
- Service communication may include replies to your questions, booking coordination, order support, session logistics, client follow-up, or information directly related to a service or product you requested.
- Marketing communication may include newsletters, educational campaigns, promotional offers, product updates, service announcements, event invitations, or general wellness content not directly required to deliver a requested service.
We do not treat every WhatsApp contact as a marketing subscriber. A person may be stored as a customer, inquiry, or contact record without being subscribed to marketing.
4.2 WhatsApp opt-in and opt-out
Where marketing consent is needed, Natoorales will ask for permission before sending promotional WhatsApp updates. You can opt out of WhatsApp marketing at any time by replying STOP, NO, UNSUBSCRIBE, or by emailing wellness@natoorales.com.
4.3 WhatsApp platform notice
WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Messages sent through WhatsApp may be processed according to WhatsApp’s and Meta’s own terms, privacy policies, security systems, and platform rules. Please avoid sending urgent medical, emergency, or highly sensitive information through WhatsApp.
5) Shopify shop, customer records, and product access
Natoorales may use Shopify to display products, sell digital guides, manage product access, process orders, organize customer records, and support customer communication.
5.1 Customer records
If you are a client, buyer, inquiry, form submitter, WhatsApp contact, or someone who has interacted with Natoorales, we may create or maintain a basic customer/contact record. This may include your name, email, phone number, WhatsApp number, country, order history, consent status, and tags such as “Past Client,” “Bio-Audit Inquiry,” “WhatsApp Contact,” “Newsletter Subscriber,” or “No Marketing Consent.”
5.2 Customer imports
Natoorales may import existing business contacts into Shopify or another customer-management tool when those contacts have a legitimate relationship with Natoorales, such as prior purchases, services, inquiries, bookings, direct WhatsApp communication, or form submissions. Importing a contact record does not automatically mean the person has opted into marketing.
5.3 Sensitive data and Shopify
Shopify customer records should not be used as a place to store detailed intake forms, medical information, trauma history, scan notes, constellation notes, practitioner reports, protocols, or sensitive wellness details unless there is a clear operational need and appropriate safeguards. Sensitive wellness information should be handled separately and minimized.
5.4 Payments and checkout
Payments may be handled by Shopify, payment gateways, banks, or other third-party processors. Natoorales does not store full payment card details. Payment providers process payment data under their own privacy policies and security practices.
6) Marketing consent and communication preferences
Natoorales may send educational resources, product updates, wellness offers, event invitations, or service announcements by email, WhatsApp, SMS-style messaging, or other channels only when appropriate consent or another lawful basis applies.
6.1 Email marketing
If you subscribe to email updates, newsletters, downloads, or product information, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting wellness@natoorales.com.
