Natoorales uses precise language because wellness work can easily become vague, inflated, or medically misleading. These definitions clarify what each term means, how it connects to the Natoorales method, and where the safe next step begins. The glossary also preserves Ian Kain’s method lineage — from Bio-Spiritual Vertical Alignment to the current Bio-Audit™, cBRIDGE™, NeuroSoul™, Remote Frequency Support, and FLOW™ structure.

Allostatic Load

Allostatic load is the cumulative cost of adapting to repeated or prolonged stress. In simple terms, it is what happens when the body and nervous system keep adjusting to pressure without enough recovery time. At Natoorales, allostatic load is used as an educational concept to explain why high-functioning people may feel wired, tired, reactive, depleted, or unable to reset even after rest. We do not use it as a diagnosis. We use it as a way to discuss stress architecture, recovery capacity, lifestyle rhythm, and the importance of sequencing support carefully. Start with the Bio-Audit™ when you need a personalized map.

Stress architecture Executive burnout Educational concept

Bio-Audit™

Bio-Audit™ is Natoorales’ private wellness evaluation and clarity engine. It maps stress architecture, nervous system regulation capacity, lifestyle constraints, emotional load, systemic patterns, bioenergetic wellness signals, and support priorities before recommending a larger pathway. The Bio-Audit™ is not a medical test, diagnosis, scan report, or treatment plan. It is a structured educational and coaching process designed to answer: what is most important now, what should wait, and what sequence is safest? For most new clients, Bio-Audit™ is the recommended first step before Executive Burnout Recovery, NeuroSoul™, cBRIDGE™, Systemic Family Constellations, FLOW™, or Remote Frequency Support.

Bio-Spiritual Vertical Alignment

Bio-Spiritual Vertical Alignment was Ian Kain’s early integrative framework, first shared publicly in 2015. It was his original language for work that combined coaching, awareness, body signals, language patterns, energetic perception, consent-first remote work, and practical integration. Today, Natoorales does not present Bio-Spiritual Vertical Alignment as a separate current service. It is used as method lineage: the historical root that matured into Bio-Audit™, cBRIDGE™, NeuroSoul™, Remote Frequency Support, Systemic Family Constellations, FLOW™, and the broader 360 Alignment Loop. The modern Natoorales expression is more structured, more compliance-safe, and clearly framed as coaching and education only.

cBRIDGE™

cBRIDGE™ is Natoorales’ somatic coaching method for working with stress-response loops, emotional charge, trigger patterns, and body-based regulation signals. It is designed to help clients notice what is active in the body, slow the process enough to stay resourced, and integrate a clearer response. cBRIDGE™ may draw from P.E.A.T., NLP-informed coaching, EFT-informed tapping, somatic inquiry, and integration coaching when appropriate. It is not psychotherapy, trauma therapy, medical treatment, or crisis care. It does not require retelling traumatic events in detail. The emphasis is consent, pacing, present-time safety, and integration.

Somatic coaching P.E.A.T. / NLP / EFT-informed Non-medical

P.E.A.T.

P.E.A.T. is commonly known as Primordial Energy Activation and Transcendence. It is a structured inner-inquiry and polarity-integration method used by some practitioners for working with emotional charge, opposing inner states, identity positions, and repetitive psychological patterns. At Natoorales, P.E.A.T. is used only as a coaching and self-awareness tool inside a non-medical context. It may support pattern recognition, emotional integration, and clearer internal positioning, especially when a person feels caught between two opposing states such as wanting change while resisting change. It is not psychotherapy, clinical trauma treatment, diagnosis, or medical care.

Polarity integration Inner inquiry Coaching tool

NLP

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. In a coaching context, NLP-informed tools may help a client notice language patterns, internal images, emotional associations, state shifts, and automatic responses. At Natoorales, NLP is not used as a medical or clinical method. It is used carefully as coaching language for pattern awareness, reframing, resource-building, and practical integration. For example, NLP-informed coaching may help identify how a client internally represents a stressful situation, what language keeps a loop active, and what alternative framing creates more choice. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment.

Language patterns Reframing Coaching framework

EFT

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and is often known as tapping. EFT-informed work commonly combines focused attention, simple statements, and gentle tapping on selected acupressure-related points. At Natoorales, EFT-informed tapping is used only as a self-regulation and coaching support tool. It may help clients slow down, notice emotional charge, create a regulated pause, and integrate a new response. We do not present EFT as medical treatment, trauma therapy, diagnosis, or a guaranteed outcome method. If a client needs clinical trauma care, mental health support, or urgent intervention, licensed care comes first.

Tapping Self-regulation Coaching support

Remote Frequency Support

Remote Frequency Support is Natoorales’ consent-based, non-medical wellness support layer using remote frequency tools, bioenergetic pattern tracking, conservative pacing, and lifestyle integration. It may be used as group support or as a personalized layer after Bio-Audit™ baseline mapping. Remote Frequency Support is not medical care, clinical testing, diagnosis, treatment, parasite care, infection care, or a substitute for licensed support. It is used as coaching and education: observing signals, supporting regulation routines, tracking everyday feedback, and adjusting conservatively when capacity changes.

Remote wellness support Consent-based Non-medical

Bioenergetic Pattern Tracking

Bioenergetic pattern tracking is the non-medical observation of energetic signatures, resonance patterns, and wellness signals for coaching context. At Natoorales, this may involve bioenergetic tools, client intake, pattern review, and feedback tracking. The language is intentionally cautious: these outputs are not medical facts, lab results, diagnoses, or proof of disease. They are treated as signals for education, self-observation, pacing, and next-step discussion. Bioenergetic pattern tracking should never be used to self-diagnose, delay medical care, or replace licensed professional evaluation.

Pattern tracking Bioenergetic education Non-diagnostic

Frequency / Scalar Support

Frequency / Scalar Support refers to frequency-oriented or scalar-style wellness tools used by Natoorales as optional support layers within a coaching and educational framework. These tools may be discussed in relation to remote support, bioenergetic pattern tracking, or frequency-based wellness education. Natoorales uses this language carefully. Terms such as scalar, frequency, quantum, or energetic field are not used as proof of medical effect, and they are not positioned as disease treatment. They are used as educational language for non-medical pattern support, client feedback, and conservative wellness pacing.

NeuroSoul™

NeuroSoul™ Intensive is Natoorales’ 12-week private flagship container for deep sequencing and integration. It is designed for high-responsibility clients whose patterns involve more than one layer: stress load, nervous system regulation, emotional charge, systemic patterns, movement integration, recovery pacing, and the tension between an externally successful life and a deeper inner life. NeuroSoul™ may include Bio-Audit™, cBRIDGE™, P.E.A.T., NLP-informed coaching, EFT-informed regulation support, Systemic Family Constellations, FLOW™, and integration support depending on the client’s roadmap. It carries forward the mature structure of Ian Kain’s Bio-Spiritual Vertical Alignment lineage. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, or a promise of transformation.

FLOW™ Method

FLOW™ is the Natoorales therapeutic movement and integration layer led by Rey Carroll. It supports the body through breath, posture, coordination, rhythm, mobility, and physical pattern awareness. In the Natoorales system, FLOW™ helps translate insight into embodied follow-through so regulation is not only understood mentally, but practiced through the body. FLOW™ is not physical therapy, medical rehabilitation, or treatment for injury or disease. It is a movement-based coaching and education approach. It may be used as a standalone service or as an integration layer inside NeuroSoul™ and the Nervous System Reset Protocol.

Somatic Coaching

Somatic coaching is a non-clinical coaching approach that includes the body in the change process. Instead of working only with thoughts, goals, or mindset, somatic coaching also notices breathing, posture, tension, activation, shutdown, pacing, and felt sense. At Natoorales, somatic coaching is used to support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and practical recovery skills. It may be supported by cBRIDGE™, P.E.A.T., NLP-informed coaching, or EFT-informed tapping when appropriate. It is not somatic therapy, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or diagnosis. Clients who need clinical trauma care, psychiatric support, or medical evaluation should work with licensed professionals.

Body awareness Coaching Not therapy

Nervous System Regulation

Nervous system regulation is the capacity to move between activation and recovery with more flexibility. A regulated system is not always calm; it can mobilize when needed, rest when safe, connect socially, and recover after stress. At Natoorales, nervous system regulation is discussed as a coaching and education framework for stress resilience, executive burnout recovery, somatic awareness, breath, pacing, movement, and lifestyle rhythm. It is not a medical diagnosis or a guarantee of symptom resolution. The goal is to build regulation capacity through practical, sequenced support rather than forcing the system into intensity it cannot yet integrate.

Regulation capacity Stress resilience Recovery rhythm

Systemic Family Constellations

Systemic Family Constellations is a structured coaching process for exploring family-system patterns, inherited roles, relational dynamics, and repeating themes that may feel larger than one person’s current life. At Natoorales, this work is presented as systemic insight and alignment coaching, not family therapy, psychotherapy, or medical care. It can help clients observe loyalties, exclusions, burdens, entanglements, and repeated relational patterns with more distance and compassion. The work is especially relevant when a pattern repeats across generations, partnerships, money, belonging, identity, or responsibility. Sessions are private and practitioner-led.

Miasm

Miasm is a traditional concept from homeopathic thinking. Different schools define it differently. At Natoorales, miasms are presented only as educational pattern lenses for reflection, not as medical diagnoses, disease categories, proof of inherited illness, or treatment instructions. A miasmic lens may help describe recurring themes such as sensitivity, over-control, congestion, restlessness, collapse, inherited burden, or long-term adaptation style. This language can support meaning-making and self-observation when used carefully. It should never replace licensed medical or mental health care. For deeper context, visit the Miasm Education Page.

Polyvagal Theory

Polyvagal Theory is Stephen Porges’ framework for understanding nervous system states related to safety, threat, social engagement, mobilization, and shutdown. Many coaches and practitioners use polyvagal-informed language to describe why a person may feel connected, activated, frozen, collapsed, or unable to access calm on command. Natoorales references this framework cautiously as educational context, not as a clinical claim or formal affiliation. We use it to support clearer conversations about pacing, safety, breath, relational cues, and recovery capacity. Polyvagal-informed coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed nervous system or trauma care.

Biological Coherence

Biological Coherence is a Natoorales term for a more aligned relationship between nervous system capacity, body signals, lifestyle rhythm, emotional load, systemic context, environment, and practical recovery behavior. It does not mean perfection or constant calm. It means the person has enough internal organization to respond, recover, choose, and integrate without constantly operating from stress compensation. At Natoorales, biological coherence is built through assessment, regulation, somatic coaching, systemic clarity, movement integration, remote support when appropriate, and practical daily rhythm. It is a wellness coaching concept, not a medical measurement or disease outcome. Bio-Audit™ is the first step for mapping where coherence is currently disrupted.

360 Alignment Loop

360 Alignment Loop is a Natoorales framework for sequencing support across the whole person rather than treating one symptom, habit, or emotion in isolation. The loop begins with Bio-Audit™ clarity, then may move into nervous system regulation, cBRIDGE™ somatic coaching, P.E.A.T., NLP-informed coaching, EFT-informed regulation support, Systemic Family Constellations, FLOW™ movement integration, Remote Frequency Support, lifestyle rhythm, and practical follow-through. The purpose is to create a coherent roadmap instead of a scattered list of modalities. The 360 Alignment Loop is not a medical protocol or treatment model. It is a coaching and education structure for organizing next steps with more precision, pacing, and integration.

How this connects to your next step

The glossary helps define the language. The Bio-Audit™ helps define your personal sequence. If you are unsure whether your main pattern is burnout, emotional charge, systemic inheritance, cellular depletion, bioenergetic pattern load, or regulation overload, begin with a map instead of guessing.

Safety & Ethics

Clear definitions. Clear boundaries.

Natoorales provides coaching and education, not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, crisis care, or prescription guidance. The terms on this glossary page are used for orientation, pattern recognition, and wellness-context education only.

P.E.A.T., NLP, EFT-informed tapping, cBRIDGE™, somatic coaching, constellations, movement integration, Remote Frequency Support, frequency/scalar support, and bioenergetic language are used here only within a coaching and educational scope. They should not be used to self-diagnose, treat trauma clinically, manage crisis states, or delay licensed care.

Bioenergetic assessments, remote frequency tools, radionics-style workflows, and related outputs are for educational and stress-management purposes only. They may suggest energetic signatures, resonance patterns, or wellness signals. They do not measure physical tissues, confirm medical conditions, diagnose disease, or replace professional medical advice.

If you have urgent, severe, sudden, rapidly worsening, persistent, or concerning symptoms — or if you feel unsafe — seek qualified medical, mental health, or emergency support. Do not use glossary definitions, articles, coaching language, scan outputs, frequency support, or wellness content to self-diagnose or delay licensed care.
