Important: Natoorales provides wellness coaching, education, self-awareness support, and non-medical wellness guidance. This agreement does not create a medical, psychotherapy, emergency-care, or licensed healthcare relationship.

CONTRATO DE SERVICIOS DE BIENESTAR Y EXENCIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD / WELLNESS SERVICES CONTRACT AND LIABILITY RELEASE

ENTRE / BETWEEN

De una parte, Ian Kain, persona física con domicilio en Oaxaca, México, quien opera bajo la marca comercial “Natoorales”, en lo sucesivo denominado “IAN KAIN” o “EL PROVEEDOR”, prestador de servicios tanto presenciales como en línea, a clientes nacionales y extranjeros.

On one hand, Ian Kain, a natural person domiciled in Oaxaca, Mexico, operating under the trade name “Natoorales”, hereinafter referred to as “IAN KAIN” or “THE PROVIDER”, offering services both in person and online to domestic and international clients.

De otra parte, la persona que completa y firma electrónicamente este formulario, en lo sucesivo “EL CLIENTE” o “THE CLIENT”, cuyos datos personales se incorporan mediante el presente envío.

On the other hand, the person completing and electronically signing this form, hereinafter “THE CLIENT”, whose personal details are submitted through this form.

1. OBJETO DEL CONTRATO / PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT

Este contrato regula los términos bajo los cuales el CLIENTE recibe servicios de coaching de bienestar, educación holística, orientación de bienestar, apoyo de regulación del sistema nervioso, acompañamiento somático, apoyo bioenergético no médico, sesiones presenciales, sesiones remotas, productos digitales o recursos educativos de parte de IAN KAIN / NATOORALES.

This contract establishes the terms under which the CLIENT receives wellness coaching, holistic education, wellness guidance, nervous system regulation support, somatic coaching, non-medical bioenergetic support, in-person sessions, remote sessions, digital products, or educational resources from IAN KAIN / NATOORALES.

2. DECLARACIÓN Y CONSENTIMIENTO INFORMADO / DECLARATION AND INFORMED CONSENT

El CLIENTE declara y reconoce que:

  • Ian Kain / Natoorales no proporciona diagnósticos médicos, no receta medicamentos, no trata enfermedades y no promete curas.
  • Toda información, orientación o sugerencia tiene fines educativos, de autoconocimiento, bienestar general y apoyo no médico.
  • El CLIENTE asume plena responsabilidad por sus decisiones relacionadas con salud, estilo de vida, bienestar, suplementos, productos, tratamientos médicos o cambios personales.
  • El CLIENTE entiende que debe consultar a un profesional de salud certificado antes de implementar cualquier recomendación relacionada con su salud, síntomas, medicamentos, embarazo, condiciones crónicas o tratamientos médicos.
  • El CLIENTE participa voluntariamente y a título privado.

The CLIENT declares and acknowledges that:

  • Ian Kain / Natoorales does not provide medical diagnoses, prescribe medication, treat disease, or promise cures.
  • All information, guidance, or suggestions are for education, self-awareness, general wellness, and non-medical support only.
  • The CLIENT assumes full responsibility for decisions related to health, lifestyle, wellness, supplements, products, medical care, or personal change.
  • The CLIENT understands that they should consult a licensed healthcare professional before acting on any health-related recommendation, especially regarding symptoms, medication, pregnancy, chronic conditions, or medical treatment.
  • The CLIENT participates voluntarily and in a private capacity.

3. EXENCIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD / LIABILITY RELEASE

El CLIENTE libera, en la medida permitida por la ley aplicable, a Ian Kain, Natoorales, asistentes, colaboradores o asociados de responsabilidad por daños, pérdidas o perjuicios derivados de la interpretación, uso o aplicación de los servicios, herramientas, ejercicios, sugerencias, productos educativos, tecnologías emergentes, inteligencia artificial, apoyo remoto o recursos proporcionados.

The CLIENT releases, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Ian Kain, Natoorales, assistants, collaborators, or affiliates from liability for damage, loss, or injury arising from the interpretation, use, or application of services, tools, exercises, suggestions, educational products, emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, remote support, or resources provided.

4. CONFIDENCIALIDAD Y PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS / CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION

IAN KAIN / NATOORALES se compromete a manejar los datos personales del CLIENTE de acuerdo con el Aviso de Privacidad de Natoorales. El CLIENTE autoriza el tratamiento de sus datos para responder consultas, coordinar servicios, mantener registros de cliente, gestionar consentimientos, procesar compras, entregar recursos y comunicarse por email, WhatsApp u otros medios elegidos por el CLIENTE.

IAN KAIN / NATOORALES agrees to handle the CLIENT’s personal data according to the Natoorales Privacy Policy. The CLIENT authorizes processing of personal data to respond to inquiries, coordinate services, maintain client records, manage consent, process purchases, deliver resources, and communicate by email, WhatsApp, or other channels selected by the CLIENT.

5. TESTIMONIOS, IMÁGENES Y VIDEOS / TESTIMONIALS, IMAGES, AND VIDEOS

El uso de testimonios, imágenes, audio, video o historias personales con fines educativos, promocionales o de investigación requiere consentimiento adicional del CLIENTE. El CLIENTE puede aceptar o rechazar ese uso en el formulario de firma.

Use of testimonials, images, audio, video, or personal stories for educational, promotional, or research purposes requires additional CLIENT consent. The CLIENT may accept or decline that use in the signature form.

6. DURACIÓN, CANCELACIÓN Y PAGOS / DURATION, CANCELLATION, AND PAYMENTS

Este contrato entra en vigor al enviarse el formulario firmado electrónicamente. Servicios ya prestados no son reembolsables. Pagos, cancelaciones, reprogramaciones, paquetes, productos digitales o productos físicos pueden estar sujetos a términos adicionales comunicados al CLIENTE al momento de compra o reserva.

This agreement becomes effective when the electronically signed form is submitted. Services already rendered are non-refundable. Payments, cancellations, rescheduling, packages, digital products, or physical products may be subject to additional terms communicated to the CLIENT at the time of purchase or booking.

7. LEGISLACIÓN Y JURISDICCIÓN / APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Ambas partes acuerdan que este contrato será interpretado conforme a las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, y cualquier controversia será resuelta ante los tribunales competentes del estado de Oaxaca, México, salvo que la ley aplicable disponga lo contrario.

Both parties agree that this contract shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, and any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of the State of Oaxaca, Mexico, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

8. FIRMA ELECTRÓNICA / ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

Al completar y enviar este formulario, el CLIENTE confirma que ha leído, entendido y aceptado el presente contrato, y que su nombre escrito constituye firma electrónica para fines de registro interno.

By completing and submitting this form, the CLIENT confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement, and that the typed name serves as an electronic signature for internal record purposes.
