Systemic Family Constellations
Systemic Family Constellations are facilitated sessions that reveal hidden dynamics in a family system or an organization—so you can restore order, reduce internal friction, and move forward with cleaner decisions.
Choose: 1:1, group representatives, or a hybrid constellation + Trauma Release integration. Sessions run by video conference with constellators from multiple countries.
Systemic Family Constellations are an experiential mapping process. We set up a “field” for your question and observe where belonging, order, or balance is disrupted. You leave with a clear systemic insight, a corrective sentence or movement, and a grounded next step for integration—personal or business, online, 1:1 or with representatives.

Family rolesWhat Systemic Family Constellations are
A constellation is a structured way to see what usually stays invisible: loyalty patterns, excluded people or events, inverted roles, unresolved grief, and unspoken contracts inside a system. We work with three simple systemic principles often described as: belonging, order, and balance.
In practice, we set up your question and observe what the system “shows.” Representatives may report sensations, emotions, impulses, or relational tension from the field. We treat this as experiential information for insight—not as a literal fact claim.
A calm, forensic method
- Observation: where the system is stuck or split.
- Context: what the system is protecting (often love, belonging, or stability).
- Safe next step: a corrective movement, sentence, or role realignment you can integrate without force.
This work supports personal coherence and professional function. It does not replace medical care, psychotherapy, legal advice, or formal HR processes.
For those who want broader context, see the international constellation community at ISCA (International Systemic Constellations Association).
Personal Systemic Family Constellations
Personal work focuses on the transfer of patterns through a family line—between living and deceased family members. People often inherit more than stories: roles, relational strategies, stress responses, and “rules” about what is allowed or forbidden.
You described this as epigenetic and energetic transfer. Here’s the clean, Google-safe framing: epigenetic is a scientific lens exploring how environment and stress can influence gene-expression markers over time; energetic is an experiential lens for how family systems carry unresolved events as emotional/relational pressure. In Systemic Family Constellations, we use these lenses as context for insight, not as a diagnostic claim.
Common personal themes
- Repeating relationship loops (same conflict, new person).
- Over-responsibility, guilt, or feeling “too loyal to leave.”
- Success ceiling: you advance, then self-sabotage or collapse.
- Parentification (carrying a parent, sibling, or lineage burden).
- Unprocessed grief or a “missing place” in the family story.

The goal is not to blame the past. The goal is to give each element its rightful place—so you stop living a role that was never yours.
Reference concepts often used in constellation work include “orders” (belonging, hierarchy, balance). If you want the original language, see an overview at Hellinger sciencia: Basic Orders of Life.
Business Systemic Constellations
Business work applies the same systemic principles to an organization: departments, leadership, product, partners, investors, and the public. Many “business problems” are actually system problems: unclear belonging, misaligned roles, missing acknowledgements, or a broken exchange between value and compensation.
What we can map
- Hidden friction between departments or founders.
- Leadership role confusion or inverted accountability.
- Stalled sales cycles that repeat without a clear reason.
- Partner relationships that drain instead of compound.
- Public perception mismatches (what you mean vs. what lands).
The aim is to acknowledge what the system is reacting to in the present (or carrying from the past), and then correct the structure so “life flow” can move through the organization again—clean roles, clean exchange, clean direction.

What “restore flow” means (business)
- Clarity: who owns what, and what is not yours to carry.
- Order: decision pathways that reduce noise and politics.
- Coherence: fewer internal contradictions between brand, product, and delivery.
- Integration: acknowledging key events so the system stops compensating.
Session formats
1) 1:1 Systemic Family Constellations (private)
You and the facilitator work with mapping tools and guided positioning to reveal the dynamic, then install a corrective movement for integration.
2) Group representatives (international field)
Constellators from different countries join by video conference and take roles inside your constellation. Their role is to report from the field—sensations, emotions, impulses—so the pattern can be seen and corrected.
3) Hybrid combo: Constellation + Trauma Release integration
First, the constellation sets the field and reveals the energetic imprint of the issue. Then a Trauma Release specialist supports you to release the emotional charge that surfaced—so insight becomes embodied integration, not just understanding.

How an online session works
- Intake: you name the theme and what “better” would look like.
- Set the system: key elements are placed (people, roles, departments, values).
- Observe: we track where belonging/order/balance is disrupted.
- Correct: a sentence, movement, or role realignment restores order.
- Integrate: simple post-session actions to stabilize the change.

FAQ — Systemic Family Constellations
How do I know if my issue is “systemic”?
If the same pattern repeats across time, relationships, or teams—despite effort—there is usually a systemic component worth mapping.
What’s the difference between personal and business constellations?
Personal constellations focus on family-line dynamics and inherited roles. Business constellations focus on organizational structure, roles, and exchange with partners and clients.
Do representatives need to know my private details?
No. We work with minimal information. Representatives take roles and report what they experience; you decide what is relevant and what stays private.
Can we constellation a relationship with the public or clients?
Yes. We can map the relationship between your organization and its audience, clients, or a specific market—then correct mismatches that create friction.
What is the hybrid constellation + Trauma Release option?
We run the constellation to reveal the pattern, then close with Trauma Release integration to reduce emotional charge and stabilize the insight into the body.
Is this appropriate during an acute crisis?
If there is acute crisis, severe dissociation, or risk of harm, constellation work is not the first step. We recommend licensed crisis support and will refer as needed.
